Welcome to Savvy VA

Why put off until tomorrow what I can do for you today?
AboutServices

Knowledgeable and intuitive while understanding and helpful – this is everything you need a Savvy virtual assistant to be. For the last 12+ years I have been perfecting these skills and traits.

I know from experience the things we put off until “tomorrow” are the things we least like doing or we are uncertain how to accomplish. These are the very things I can help with.

Is there a task on your “to do” list that continually gets bumped to tomorrow?

Do you need Google to figure out how to do it?

Enter: The Savvy VA – Consider it done!

How can I help?

I offer a range of administrative, creative and business support services to consultants, small business owners and solopreneurs on a virtual basis.

Don’t see something you need on the list? I made up my mind a long time ago that just because I haven’t done it before doesn’t mean I can’t do it really, really well.

Please email me for your complimentary 30-minute consultation.

Support Services

Creative Services

Deb has the unique ability to dig into all the details of your business and then, from a knowledgeable place, create systems and SIMPLICITY.  I am an entrepreneur with a big vision and I like to move at a fast pace; Deb will not only support you but she’s super adaptable and is great at keeping up so you can focus on creating and bringing your gifts to the world.  She’s skilled in many areas, has a warm heart and takes on your business/clients as if it is her own.  Whether you are looking for a single person to support your growth or an OBM to refine processes, free up your time, and train others, Deb is someone I recommend as a partner who can help you grow exponentially.

Debra and I have worked together for the past 6 years in a hectic environment of big jobs and constant interruptions. We’ve worked on all kinds of projects: websites, graphics design, and resource planning.

Debra is a powerhouse of getting stuff done. She works with persistence, boundless enthusiasm, and a strong attention to detail. She does this with an exceptional approach of kindness and understanding. Your problem, no matter how difficult or trivial, becomes her problem, and she will find a way to fix it and make it right.

Debra tackles complex tasks methodically and small problems efficiently. She is a rapid and insightful learner and adapts to new systems, environments, and people with ease. Working with Debra has made the hard jobs I worked on easier.

I don’t know what kind of jobs you and Debra will work together on in the future, but I know she’s an excellent choice to help you finish them.

In 2016 we developed, crowdfunded, and produced a card game. Debra was absolutely central and critical in the design process and worked with us through every stage of development from the first graphic to the final product. She created the iconic image that became the recognizable face of our game and the mascot for our crowdfunding campaign. There is no question in my mind that we had the right person for this project and that we would not be in the position we are without her help, creativity, and dedication.

About me:

As I began analyzing my job; what parts I loved and what parts I wouldn’t mind giving up, I realized that I loved saying that line. When someone would ask me for something I would respond “I can do that!”. I loved that every day I was faced with a new challenge and a task I had never conquered before. The people on the other end of the request didn’t need to know that as soon as I said the words, another thought would race through my head, “Crap! How am I going to do that?” I always figured it out and delivered a job well done. This realization is what fuelled my decision to quit my 9-5 and open the doors to more challenges and more people I could connect to and say those empowering words. “I can do that”.

I live to learn. Google and I have a close relationship. I can’t make it 15 minutes without checking something that I heard on the radio, TV or in a conversation, to my husband’s frequent dismay. I just want to KNOW.

Creativity has always played a big role in my life. I paint, scrapbook, build and craft. I am the vice president of my photography club. Six years ago I earned a management certificate in graphic design while working full-time.

All of these skills and passions have led me to where I am today. I love to help. You are in the right place if you are looking for someone to help you tackle your ever-lengthening “to do” list or help you get back to what only you can do for your business. Whatever you need to move your business forward is what I would love to give you a hand with.

Let’s chat. Consider it done!

I would love to connect with you. Let's get started!
